There is a Chinese national who claim that “Kit Chow” Temmuko which is a black glazed items should have black base which is in lay man’s term the whole item should be black and any white would be wrong. I have good color photos of the items that he mentioned and I am not sure he will carry out the action according to what he had said by throwing away the museums’ pieces for giving wrong information because the black part on the unglazed foot is dirt and not cleaned.
